Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Neverland AI systems, setup, privacy, pricing, and ongoing support.
Not to use it — you interact with your AI through plain conversation via text, voice, email, or Slack. If you can send a message, you can use Neverland AI. However, properly configuring local AI models, agents, and the systems that connect them is a process that takes weeks to get right. That's what we handle for you. And in this new era of AI, running, maintaining, and securing an agent system does require ongoing technical knowledge — things change fast. That's exactly why we require a minimum support package with every install, so your system stays healthy, secure, and up to date without you needing to become an engineer.
A brand new mini PC built around the AMD AI Max+ 395 processor with 128 GB of unified memory and 2 TB of storage — this is a serious machine purpose-built for running AI locally, not a repurposed desktop or a consumer-grade mini PC. The hardware ships preconfigured with all LLM models and core systems downloaded and ready to launch. From there, the setup wizard personalizes everything — your agents, silos, vaults, integrations, and preferences are all built around your responses. It's been tested, certified, and is ready to go the moment you plug it in and connect to your network.
Open Claw is the open-source AI gateway that powers your Neverland AI system. Think of it as the central nervous system — it connects your AI models, agents, tools, and integrations into one unified platform. It manages how your agents communicate, how tasks get routed, and how your data flows between different parts of the system. Because it's open-source, it's transparent, customizable, and not locked to any single vendor. For Normies configures and optimizes Open Claw as part of your setup and ongoing support.
Agents are specialized AI assistants that live inside your system, each with a specific role — think of them as digital team members. Your Neverland AI system includes six: Wendy manages your workflow and delegates tasks, Hook handles writing and communications, Peter does research, Michael writes code and builds automations, Tinker organizes your files and memory, and Nana monitors security and system health. They work together as a team — you give instructions to one, and it coordinates with the others as needed.
Silos are the organized compartments that keep different areas of your life or business completely separate. For example, you might have silos for Family, Business, Coaching, and Volunteer work. Each silo has its own private data, documents, and agent access — so your business files never mix with your personal ones, and your agents always know exactly which context they're working in.
All LLM processing happens locally on your hardware — your conversations, documents, photos, and files never leave your machine, and nothing about the system sends your data elsewhere. No cloud AI, no third-party training on your information. The one exception is integrations you choose to connect, like Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, and Drive all run on Google's infrastructure by nature. We don't recommend trying to host your own email server. But everything the AI thinks, remembers, and processes stays on your box.
Cloud AI services like ChatGPT and Claude run the latest frontier models with the most advanced reasoning available — that's real, and we don't pretend otherwise. But here's the fundamental problem: when you use a cloud service, you're trusting a corporation to handle your data responsibly — and you have no way to verify or enforce that promise. Policies change, companies get acquired, and terms of service get updated quietly. Even with the best intentions, your data lives on someone else's servers, subject to someone else's rules. Neverland AI runs open-source models locally on hardware you own. Nothing leaves your machine. The models available today can handle the vast majority of practical tasks most homes and small businesses need — writing, research, scheduling, automation, file management, coding — without handing your information to someone else's platform.
Your Neverland system includes the mini PC, all software, models, and configuration — but a few things you'll need to provide on your end: an internet connection (wired or Wi-Fi), a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to protect against power loss. These are standard items most people already have, and we're happy to recommend specific options during your setup if needed.
All hardware included with your system is brand new and comes with the manufacturer's standard limited warranty of one year. If a hardware component fails within that period, the manufacturer's warranty covers replacement. For Normies will assist with the warranty process as part of your active support plan.
This is specialized AI hardware and should not be used as your everyday personal computer or for gaming — doing so would interfere with the agents and models running on it. Because it's a compact mini PC, it can be set up in many different locations. For the first couple of weeks, we recommend keeping it in an accessible spot with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached so we can complete your onboarding and make any needed adjustments. Once everything is dialed in, you can move it to a rack, closet, or another secure location and access it remotely over your local network for troubleshooting. As for noise — when the models are running hard the fans pick up a bit, but it's still quiet enough to sit right next to you without being a distraction.
Once your order is placed, we schedule a customization call to confirm any adjustments needed to your base Neverland AI system — things like silo names, agent preferences, and integration setup. All orders ship from our lab in Miami, FL within three business days, and shipping typically takes two to five days. On average, you'll have a fully functional system in your home or office within seven business days of placing your order.
Due to variances in laws and local regulations, we currently only ship to and support customers within the United States. For customers in the South Florida region, we offer local in-person support and installation. In-person installation in other areas is available as a special request — just ask during your customization call.
Absolutely. Your system is designed to grow with you. Add new silos as your life changes, bring on additional agents, or customize existing ones. On Guided and Managed plans, we handle the changes for you.
That's one of the most powerful use cases. Your silos become departments — Sales, Support, Operations, Finance — each with its own private data and agent access. It's like giving every department a dedicated AI assistant without any data crossing boundaries.
Yes — one of your agents, Michael, is a dedicated coder. He can write scripts, build automations, create integrations, generate reports, and handle technical tasks on your behalf. You don't need to know how to program. Just describe what you need in plain language — "every time a new lead comes in, create a task and notify my manager" — and Michael builds it. For businesses, this means custom workflows and internal tools without hiring a developer.
Your monthly plan covers ongoing support, system updates, model upgrades, and monitoring. Self-Service gives you docs and email support. Guided adds priority support and monthly check-ins. Managed means we handle everything — updates, custom skills, and proactive optimization.
The hardware is yours — you own it outright, and it doesn't stop working if your support lapses. However, a minimum support plan is required for the first year. After that first year, any support plan can be downgraded to the basic Self-Service tier at any time. If you drop below the minimum support level after the required period, your included Google Workspace account, access to system updates, model upgrades, and direct support will be suspended until a plan is reactivated. You can resume at any time by choosing any active support tier.
Your system includes Nana, a built-in security and monitoring agent that watches everything 24/7 — system health, failed processes, and unauthorized access attempts. For anything beyond automatic recovery, your support plan has you covered with direct access to our team.
The models we use and recommend are constantly being evaluated and adjusted — this technology is evolving rapidly, and we stay on top of it so you don't have to. Currently, the main heavy agentic model is Qwen 3.5 122B (4-bit quantized), the fast light model is Qwen 3.5 9B, and we use Whisper Large v3 for speech-to-text. As better models emerge, we test them and roll out upgrades through your support plan.
Yes, it's your system. However, when we recommend a model configuration, it's because it has been tested and validated by our team. Matching models with system drivers, memory allocation, and runtime settings is extremely complicated — small mismatches can cause instability or degrade performance across the entire system. Our goal is to provide a reliable working environment, not a test bed. If you want to experiment, you're free to, but support coverage may not extend to issues caused by unsupported configurations.
The current system is not designed for image or video generation. Running intelligent agents, processing multimedia, and managing integrations already pushes the hardware to its purpose — adding generation workloads on the same machine isn't practical at a reasonable cost. That said, we're currently evaluating a dedicated add-on system specifically focused on image and video generation. When it's ready, it will work alongside your Neverland system as a separate, optimized unit.
Yes — the system is yours, and Open Claw is built on flexibility with model providers, so adding a cloud-based model is technically possible. However, doing so goes against our core principles regarding your data privacy and system independence. For that reason, we will not support or maintain issues that arise from cloud model integrations. If keeping your data local matters to you — and it should — we recommend sticking with the open-source models your system was built around.
Yes. Your system runs on Open Claw, and there are many skills and plugins available in the ecosystem. However, a lot of what's out there isn't legitimate — some are poorly built, some outsource your data, and some use or sell it outright. It's still the wild west, and things are evolving fast. If you want a specific skill or plugin that connects to an existing provider or API you already use, we recommend having us design it properly for your needs so we can support and maintain it. That way you get exactly what you need without the risk.
